Please check on our Availability Page prior to contacting us to see if the week/s you require are still available. Please note that some dates, apparently free, we may in fact be holding as a Provisional Booking (marked as yellow) whilst awaiting a deposit and completed Booking Form from someone else.

We do not send out email Booking Forms. As we don't ask you for an insurance deposit cheque/bond we require your full details and home address. By posting the forms to you, we have that reassurance.

To make a booking we will require a 50% deposit returned with your form, or if less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, payment in full is required.

For short breaks or late bookings made less than 10 days prior to occupation we ask that payment be made in cash on arrival. Cheques cannot be processed within this short time frame. Short breaks are accepted only between Oct - Easter, at our discretion. Price quoted will reflect number of people in the party and duration of stay. We try, if at all possible, to make "Wayside" available from 10am on your arrival day until 3pm on your departure day to maximise your break. Please remember that all our costs remain the same, wether you stay for 3 or 7 nights, and that the rest of that week will be rendered un-lettable, thus any discount given for part-week occupation will be minimal. You may find it cheaper to B&B for stays of less than 3 nights.

Please be prepared to leave your contact details, full postal address and the dates you require as a message on the answerphone. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Please always title the message"Wayside" and give the DATE you require in the title of your email message

eg "Wayside W/C 12th Aug 2011". Please include a contact telephone number. This ensures that when two of you are asking for the same date, we can check that the first does actually want to book, before disappointing the second. Sadly, this is an all too frequent situation when an email from one client clashes with a phone call from a second. We do try to be fair!

Please let us know if there will only be two of you staying (using only the double bed), as we can provide your towels in lieu of linen for the twin beds.
