All prices are per week, Fri - Fri for 2012 and have remained the same for the equivalent week in 2011, now possible due to greater reliance on the wood burners rather than oil the boiler. Congratualtions to all our guests for this superb turnaround from fossil to renewable fuels.

Please note when comparing tariffs with other properties that “Wayside” has:

1. A full oil-fired combi central heating and hot water system, with log burners to top up heat in the evenings.
2. On site parking so you will not have to ferry your belongings and shopping to and from the car park at the top of the village, nor queue for a rare space, nor pay for tickets,
3. All your beds have been made up for you on arrival with duvets, pillows and bed linen - less laundry for you on your return home.
4. Many of the everyday consumables are provided; you may have only to replace 1 or 2 items.
5. You are within short walking distance of all village amenities, harbour and beach, shops, pubs, restaurants etc so you can enjoy a drink or two.
6. You are enjoying a reduced rental rate as you are responsible for cleaning the property before departure.

We tried to keep 2011 price rises to a minimum and at a similar level to 2010, with a small increase to cover oil and utility price rises. Unfortunately, some excessive oil useage in July & August added considerably to our costs.

Please note that the changing Public Holidays and School Holidays will affect the weeks price and their dates.
